Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a gas-distributing belt. Turn a cranked shaft approximately on 60 ° back. Thus, the probability of contact of valves with pistons decreases. |

2. Stop a camshaft asterisk by means of the self-made tool. |
|
3. Stop a camshaft of a removed asterisk by means of a wrench. |
|
4. Unscrew an asterisk bolt. |
|
5. Remove an asterisk. |
6. In the similar way remove other asterisks. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Check and, if necessary, replace epiploons of camshafts. |
2. Asterisks of camshafts of the right head of cylinders have marking 1 and 2, and asterisks of camshafts of the left head of cylinders – marking 3 and 4 (see fig. Asterisk of a camshaft of the right head of cylinders and fig. Asterisk of a camshaft of the left head of cylinders). Asterisks of both shaft on each head are identical. On each asterisk there are two labels. The table on use of these labels is provided below. |

3. Establish asterisks. Adjusting pins should be inserted into the corresponding cuts (are specified by shooters). |
|
4. Insert bolts. The corresponding sinkhronizatsionny labels should be combined with cuts in a cover (are specified by shooters). |
|
5. Tighten bolts till the necessary moment of an inhaling. |
|
6. Hold on bolts on a necessary corner. |
7. Establish a gas-distributing belt and an external cover. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Examine an epiploon of a shaft and if necessary replace it. |
|
2. Insert a segment shponka, put on an asterisk and tighten a bolt till the necessary moment of an inhaling. |
|
3. Hold on a bolt on a necessary corner. |

Removal

1. Remove a gas-distributing belt. |

2. Unscrew bolts (are specified by shooters) arm of pulleys. |

3. Remove an arm of pulleys. |

Installation
Establish an arm of pulleys and tighten bolts.
THE BOTTOM DIRECTING PULLEY
Removal

1. Remove a gas-distributing belt. |

2. Unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) and remove a pulley. |

Installation
