3.3.17. Engine and transmission fastenings

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Examine rubber shock-absorbers of support on existence of wear and damages, if necessary, replace them.
3. Check, that bolts of support were strong tightened.
4. Check, whether support are worn-out.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Left and right support of the engine
1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Establish a jack under the engine and a transmission or fix the engine on the lift.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove shock-absorbers. Braid the nuts, fixing support to an arm of the block of cylinders and a body (the nut is specified by an arrow).
4. Remove support. If necessary remove also an arm.
5. Examine support on existence of wear and damages and, if necessary, replace them.
6. Establish support upside-down.
Back fastening of a transmission
7. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
8. Establish a jack under a transmission.
9. Unscrew the bolts fixing to a body a cross-piece of a back support of a transmission. Braid nuts fixing a support to a cross-piece and remove a cross-piece.
10. Unscrew bolts and remove a support.
11. Examine a support on existence of wear and damages and, if necessary, replace it.
12. Establish a support in return sequence.
