3.3.14. Oil radiator

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid.
2. Remove an inlet collector.
3. Disconnect wires from the sensor of the indicator of temperature of cooling liquid and the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of a control system of the engine (are specified by shooters).
4. Disconnect hoses of cooling liquid from a final branch pipe (are specified by shooters).
5. Unscrew bolts both disconnect a final branch pipe and remove sealing washers (are specified by shooters).
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the top heatisolating guard of a final collector of the left number of cylinders.
7. Braid the oil filter and replace it if necessary.
8. Braid the nuts, fixing tubes of an oil radiator to the block of cylinders.
9. Unscrew the bolts, fixing tubes to an oil radiator.
10. Braid the big nuts, fixing connections of an oil radiator to a cover.
11. Then unscrew bolts and uncover the top part of the block of cylinders.
12. Remove an oil radiator. If the radiator is damaged, it is necessary to replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean surfaces of a radiator, a cover and the block of cylinders.
2. Establish new sealing rings on radiator connections. Establish a cover and tighten big nuts.
3. Put a layer of hermetic in N15 03 296 thickness of 2 mm in a flute of a cover of an oil radiator.
4. Establish a radiator together with a cover, tighten fixing bolts and hold on big nuts till the necessary moment of an inhaling.
5. Establish the remained details.
