3.3.11. Head of cylinders

GENERAL INFORMATION

Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the accumulator.
2. Remove levers of screen wipers of a windscreen and reflecting panel.
3. Remove an inlet collector.
4. Merge cooling liquid and unscrew spark plugs.
	5. Disconnect wires from the sensor of the indicator of temperature of cooling liquid and the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of a control system of the engine (are specified by shooters).
	6. Disconnect hoses of cooling liquid from a final branch pipe (are specified by shooters).
	7. Unscrew bolts and disconnect a final branch pipe and sealing washers (are specified by shooters).
8. Remove a gas-distributing belt.
9. Remove asterisks of camshafts, an arm of a pulley of a natyazhitel and the top directing pulley and the bottom pulley.
10. Remove the water pump.
11. Remove a back cover of a gas-distributing belt.
Left head of cylinders
12. Uncover heads.
13. Disconnect wires of both heads from the DIS module and remove the module. Unscrew grounding wires from the left head.
	14. Uncover the relay block in the left corner of office of the engine and disconnect wires from the block of electronic control by the engine.
	15. Disconnect the relay of system of injection of fuel.
	16. Disconnect a socket fork.
	17. Disconnect a plait of wires from the relay block.
	18. Disconnect sockets of a plait of the wires located behind the accumulator.
	19. If the plait of wires of the engine is connected to the block of fuses, remove the block.
	20. Disconnect a plait from the block.
	21. After you disconnect all wires, arrange a plait of wires away from a head of cylinders.
22. Remove the left forward pipe of final system of the engine.
23. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering.
24. Disconnect the top hose of a radiator from a tube located in a forward part of the left head.
	25. Unscrew a bolt, fixing a tube of cooling liquid and an ear for engine lifting to a head.
	26. Disconnect an ear and a tube from a thermostat casing.
27. Get oil щуп and a tube щупа from the block of cylinders.
28. Remove a camshaft of final valves.
	29. Unscrew head bolts in sequence of return sequence of a tightening (see fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders).
	30. Remove a head of cylinders.
31. Remove head laying.
Right head of cylinders
32. Remove the oil filter. If necessary replace it.
	33. Braid nuts (are specified by shooters), fixing tubes of an oil radiator to the block of cylinders.
	34. Bыкрутите the bolts, fixing tubes to an oil radiator, remove sealing washers (are specified by shooters) and disconnect tubes from an oil radiator.
	35. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator of the engine and a hose of a broad tank.
	36. Disconnect a heater hose (it is specified by an arrow) from a tube of the cooling liquid located in the right part of the engine.
	37. Unscrew bolts and lift the receiver. Remove a sealing ring.
38. Remove a forward right pipe of final system.
39. Remove a camshaft of final valves.
	40. Remove the right head of cylinders.

Preparation for installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully clean being joined surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders. Clean water and oil channels in a head. Clean heads of pistons from a deposit.

2. Examine being joined surfaces on existence of deep scratches, dents and other damages. Small scratches can be smoothed out an emery paper, strong damages are necessary for processing on the machine.

3. Check, whether the surface on which laying is established is deformed.

4. Clean carvings of bolts in a head of cylinders. Prepare new bolts.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Left head of cylinders
1. Check, that a cranked shaft, still, it was turned approximately on 60 ° back.
	2. Establish head laying on adjusting pins (are specified by shooters).
3. Check, that the label on laying was turned up.
4. Establish a head.
5. Oil carvings of new bolts of a head and insert bolts.
6. Tighten head bolts in the specified sequence (see fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders).
	7. Tighten head bolts till the set moment of an inhaling.
	8. Hold on head bolts on a necessary corner.
9. Establish the remained details.
Right head of cylinders
10. Installation of the right head of cylinders is carried out similar to installation of the left head.
