Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Mechanical transmission
1. Remove a transmission and coupling.
2. Stop a flywheel and note its correct adjusting arrangement.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.
Automatic transmission
4. Remove a transmission.
5. Stop a leading disk and weaken its bolts.
6. Completely unscrew bolts and remove a leading disk.

Check

Check a flywheel on existence of wear and damages. At detection of those, address to the expert.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Mechanical transmission
1. Clean being joined surfaces of a flywheel and a cranked shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.
2. Establish a flywheel, insert and tighten bolts.
3. Establish coupling and a transmission.
Automatic transmission
4. Clean being joined surfaces of a leading disk and a cranked shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.
5. Establish a leading disk and tighten bolts.
