Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a casing of the air filter. |
| 2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the right support of the engine from a head of the block of cylinders. |

3. Unscrew a head of the mechanism of a tension from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders. |
|
4. Take a plunzher of the mechanism of a tension. |
Prevention
Do not turn a cranked shaft of the engine at removal of the mechanism of a tension.

| 5. Examine a plunzher of the mechanism of a tension on existence of wear or damages and, if necessary, replace it. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Grease a plunzher of the mechanism of a tension with pure engine oil and insert it into a head of the block of cylinders. |
|
2. Establish a new sealing ring to a head of the mechanism of a tension (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
3. To Nazhamita a head of a plunzher of the mechanism of a tension before click for the correct adjustment of the mechanism of a tension. Screw up a head, having tightened the demanded moment. |
| 4. Establish the right suspension bracket of the power unit. |
| 5. Establish a casing of the air filter. |
|
BOTTOM NATYAZHITEL OF THE CHAIN
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. |
|
2. Unscrew a head of the mechanism of a tension of the bottom chain. |
|
3. Take a plunzher. |
Prevention
Do not turn a cranked shaft of the engine at removal of the mechanism of a tension.

| 4. Examine a plunzher of the mechanism of a tension on existence of wear and damages and, if necessary, replace it. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Grease a plunzher (it is specified by an arrow) the tension mechanism pure engine oil and insert it into place. |
|
2. Establish a head of the bottom mechanism of a tension with a new sealing ring and tighten it the demanded moment. If the new mechanism of a tension is established, press a pin in the central part of a head before click therefore the pin should be pressed and come back to a place easily. |
