| 1. Remove an auxiliary driving belt. Unscrew an auxiliary rack of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension, the bottom bolt and a sharnirny bolt of a basic plate of a pulley and remove the tension mechanism. |
| 2. Remove the vacuum pump of brake system. |
3. For improvement of access to a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump and to the pump execute the following actions:
– remove a casing of the air filter and a reception exhaust pipe;
– unscrew a nut from the top part of the right support of the power unit and lift the right side of the engine as far as possible. |
| 4. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders and establish the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point in a compression step. |
| 5. Remove the sensor of a cranked shaft. |
| 6. Unscrew screws and remove a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump from a chain casing. |
| 7. Check that the label of a pulley of a cranked shaft is combined with the index and insert a pulley of blocking of a cranked shaft into an opening of the sensor of a cranked shaft and fix a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye. |

8. Insert a pulley of blocking of a ledge of the fuel pump into an opening in a ledge and, moving a pulley, insert it into an opening in the pump case. |
|
9. Insert the instrument of blocking of a camshaft into an opening on the left end of a camshaft (it is specified by an arrow). |
| 10. If all pins of blocking were established normally, means, adjustment of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye is not required. If though one of pins of blocking is not established, it is necessary to make adjustment of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye. |
| 11. Take a pin of blocking of the pump and take a bolt on the right side of a suspension bracket from a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 12. Unscrew the top head of a natyazhitel of a chain and take a plunzher, noting situation in which it is established. |
| 13. Fix a camshaft from turning and unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft. Establish a new bolt, having tightened it by hand. |
| 14. Weaken the bolts, fixing an asterisk of the fuel pump to a pump ledge. |
|
15. Check the provision of an adjusting label (it is specified by an arrow) on the fuel pump. Thus the top asterisk of a chain of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye should be combined with a pump ledge. Insert a pin of blocking of a ledge of the fuel pump and tighten bolts of fastening of an asterisk the demanded moment. |
| 16. Establish a pin of blocking of a camshaft. |
| 17. After installation of all pins of blocking plant into place a camshaft asterisk, screwing up a bolt of fastening of an asterisk. Thus support an asterisk so that sagging of a chain was from the mechanism of a tension of a chain. |
|
18. Fix a camshaft from a provorachivaniye a wrench and in stages tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of a camshaft the demanded moment. |
| 19. Take all pins of blocking, establish a new sealing ring to the top head of a natyazhitel of a chain of the mechanism of a gazoraspredeleniye. Insert a plunzher into a head of the block of cylinders and tighten it the demanded moment. |
| 20. Turn a cranked shaft of the engine on two complete revolutions and check that all pins of blocking can be established. |
| 21. Check that interfaced surfaces of a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump and a chain casing pure and dry. |
|
22. Establish a casing of an asterisk of the fuel pump on laying or a layer of hermetic and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. |
| 23. Establish the tension mechanism. |
| 24. Establish a support of the power unit. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 25. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and a casing of the air filter. |
| 26. Establish the vacuum pump of brake system. |
|
27. Establish the sensor of a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders and connect the accumulator. |
