The car without the conditioner
1. Merge cooling liquid in a vessel.


To merge cooling liquid completely it is not required. Enough that level of liquid was lower than the thermostat case.

2. Unscrew the top casing of the engine and a pipe for air forcing.

3. Unscrew the fan with the vyazkostny coupling.
4. Unscrew a pipe (1) heater on the case of a drive of a camshaft.
5. Unscrew and remove the case with the thermostat.
6. Remove consolidation from the thermostat case.


1. Clear a surface adjoining to consolidation.
2. Replace the thermostat together with the case.
3. Establish new consolidation in the thermostat case, establish the thermostat in the case. Thus the gate (2) for production of air should get in directing (1).
4. Screw the thermostat case with effort of 10 N of m.
5. Screw a heater pipe on the case of a drive of a camshaft.
6. Establish a pipe for forcing of air and an engine casing.
7. Check antifrizny properties of cooling liquid, add cooling liquid and pump over cooling system.
