3.6.6. Pallet of a case and laying

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.
2. Merge engine oil and anew screw a drain bolt with new laying with effort of 45 N of m.
3. Take out the index of level of oil. Unscrew a bolt (1) pipe of a measuring instrument of level from a cylinder head.
4. A pipe take out upward from the directing.
5. Remove the cable tip for dinamometrichesky control of level of oil on the case pallet.
6. Unscrew engine support on the right and to the left of the holder.
7. Remove a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer.
8. Lay under the engine a cable and lift the engine on 2 see.
9. If there is no special device for suspension, insert the corresponding cable through earrings of the engine both connect to a pipe and arrange on the corresponding goats or at fixing edges of wings.
Prevention

Do not put a pipe on wings. The engine slowly lift, thus it is necessary to be sure that the cable or a hose will not stretch or is not squeezed. If necessary in advance remove system of drafts and screen wiper levers, the fan with the vyazkostny coupling, and also a pipe for air pressurization.
10. Remove the holder of the pump for the amplifier on the case pallet.
11. Unscrew pallet bolts on the block of cylinders.
12. Unscrew fixing bolts (1) from a transmission from the pallet, the replaceable face head with the extension piece is for this purpose necessary.
13. Remove the pallet.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a carving of a bolt of the pallet of a case a rotating brush of the remains of protective greasing.
2. Carefully remove the consolidation remains on a pallet surface.
3. The oil remains carefully remove with a rag moistened in gasoline.
4. Cover with hermetic, for example OPEL 15 03 166 (90 094 714), forward grooves (1 and 2), back (3 and 4), caterpillars should be width of 3 mm and height of 2 mm.
5. Evenly screw the pallet with new laying with effort of 10 N of m. Bolts tighten not too strongly not to crush laying.
6. Connect the cable tip of dinamometrichesky control of level of oil to the pallet.
7. The engine release and screw engine support on the right and at the left with effort of 45 N of m.
8. Establish the fan with the vyazkostny coupling, a pipe for air pressurization, and also system of drafts and levers for a screen wiper.
9. Establish a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer.
10. Screw the holder of the pump for the amplifier on the pallet.
11. Establish the index of level of oil with new laying.
12. Screw a bolt for a pipe of the index of level on a head of cylinders.
13. Establish the level index.
14. Fill in oil.
15. Check after a trial trip laying of the pallet of a case and a drain bolt on tightness, if necessary slightly tighten bolts of the pallet of a case.
16. Screw the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.
