ASTERISKS OF CAMSHAFTS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gas-distributing belt.
2. Stop a camshaft of a removed asterisk.
3. Unscrew a bolt of an asterisk and remove an asterisk.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Examine an epiploon of a camshaft and, if necessary, replace it.
2. If you put on an asterisk a camshaft of inlet valves, the adjusting pin of a shaft should enter into an opening on an asterisk marked by well-aimed "IN" if the asterisk is put on a camshaft of final valves, the pin should be inserted into an opening marked by well-aimed "EX".
3. Put on an asterisk for the end of a camshaft and tighten a bolt.

ASTERISK OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gas-distributing belt.
2. Stop a cranked shaft.
3. Unscrew a bolt of an asterisk and remove an asterisk. In an installation time you need a new bolt.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Insert a segment shponka into a shaft, put on an asterisk and tighten a bolt.

NATYAZHITEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gas-distributing belt.
2. Unscrew a fixing bolt and remove a natyazhitel.

Installation

Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

INTERMEDIATE PULLEYS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a gas-distributing belt.
2. Unscrew fixing bolts of pulleys and remove pulleys. If necessary remove arms of pulleys.

Installation

Establish arms of pulleys and pulleys.
