Removal

MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission and coupling.
	2. Stop a flywheel and note its correct adjusting arrangement.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission.

2. Stop a leading disk and weaken its bolts.

3. Completely unscrew bolts and remove a leading disk.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check a flywheel on existence of wear and damages. At detection of those, address to the expert.

Installation

MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean being joined surfaces of a flywheel and a cranked shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.

2. Establish a flywheel, insert and tighten bolts (drawing at the left), tighten bolts in addition on a necessary corner (drawing on the right) (see subsection 3.2.1)
3. Establish coupling and a transmission.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean being joined surfaces of a leading disk and a cranked shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.

2. Establish a leading disk and tighten bolts.
