11.5. Support of a back brake

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press the brake hose going to a support.
2. Remove brake slips.
3. Turn off a connection nut.
4. Disconnect a brake tube from a support.
5. Turn off fixing bolts.
6. Remove a support.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a support. Remove rings and caps from pistons.
2. By means of the compressed air squeeze out pistons. Remove consolidations.
3. Wash out all elements in pure brake liquid and replace the worn-out or damaged elements.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Assembly of elements of a support is carried out upside-down.
2. Grease walls of the cylinder, consolidation and pistons with brake liquid before installation. Establish pistons so that deepenings on pistons were inclined down at an angle approximately in 23 °.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
2. Tighten fixing bolts of a support till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
