11.4. Support of a forward brake

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a big fixing clip from a support if it is necessary.
2. Turn off bolts of fingers of a support.
3. Remove a support from a fixing arm.
4. Press a brake hose, turn off a bolt of connection and disconnect a hose from a support.
5. Turn off two fixing bolts.
6. Cнимите fixing arm of a support.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a support, unbend uvulas (are specified by shooters) and remove a protective plate from the piston if it is necessary.
2. Remove the piston and consolidation.
3. Remove hydraulic consolidation of the piston, trying not to scratch cylinder walls (by means of the blunt nonmetallic tool).
4. Squeeze out plugs from fixing openings of a support.
5. Wash out all elements in pure brake liquid and replace the worn-out or damaged elements.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Assembly of elements of a support is carried out upside-down.
2. Grease walls of the cylinder, consolidation and the piston with brake liquid before installation. On models with the 4-cylinder engine till 1998 of release turn the piston so that the acting part of the piston was located horizontally in relation to a support.

Installation

Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
