MODELS WITH THE 4-CYLINDER ENGINE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish forward wheels directly.
2. Mark position of the steering lever in relation to the steering mechanism. Turn off a fixing nut and remove the lever from an axis by means of a stripper.
3. Remove the furnish panel under an instrument guard.
4. Turn off a coupling bolt of the bottom fastening of a steering column and disconnect a shaft of a steering column from the steering mechanism.
5. Turn off nuts of connections and disconnect hydraulic tubes from the steering mechanism.
6. Turn off fixing bolts and nuts and remove the steering mechanism.

Installation

Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

MODELS WITH THE 6-CYLINDER ENGINE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish forward wheels directly.
2. Mark position of the steering lever in relation to the steering mechanism. Turn off a fixing nut and remove the lever from an axis by means of a stripper.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove filters from the steering mechanism.
4. Disconnect the socket of connection of the steering mechanism.
5. Remove a damper on the right side of the engine and turn off a nut, fixing the right fixing block of the engine to a body.
6. Close the lock of a steering column to prevent rotation of a steering wheel.
7. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
8. Let out pressure from a power supply system and disconnect fuel tubes from an inlet collector.
9. Remove a tank of cooling liquid.
10. Disconnect hoses from the coal filter.
11. Mark and disconnect hydraulic tubes (are specified by shooters) from the steering mechanism.
12. Remove the furnish panel under an instrument guard.
13. Turn off a coupling bolt of the bottom fastening of a steering column and disconnect a shaft of a steering column from the steering mechanism.
14. Establish the lift and raise the right side of the engine approximately on 3 see.
15. Remove a starter.
16. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters) and nuts and remove the steering mechanism.

Installation

Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
