5.3.8. Fuel pump of a high pressure (TNVD)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fuel pump of a high pressure

1. Segment shponka
2. Epiploon
3. ТНВД
4. Valve of interruption of supply of fuel (the electromagnetic valve)
5. Coupling of an advancing of injection
6. Carving stopper of the delivery pump

Check of the locking valve of supply of fuel

The electromagnetic locking valve on TNVD opens supply of fuel at ignition inclusion. It should be checked, if the engine is not got or continues to work after ignition switching off.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention

At works with system of injection it is necessary to observe purity rules.

1. Switch on and off the ignition lock on a steering wheel. Thus the electromagnetic switch should click.
2. Otherwise unscrew electric wires.
3. Lay to the valve an auxiliary cable from a positive pole of the battery.
4. If now the valve clicks, check tension giving on an electric circuit, if necessary replace.
5. If malfunction is not found, replace the valve.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Disconnect a cable and unscrew the valve.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the piston and a valve spring in the new valve. Pay attention to the correct arrangement of sealing rings.
2. Screw in the new valve with effort of 20 N of m.
3. Screw a cable.
