5.3.3. System of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR system)


The diesel fuel system is supplied with system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR) for reduction of the content of oxides of nitrogen (Nox) in the fulfilled gases. The part of exhaust gases comes back back to the engine to reduce temperature of combustion and thanks to it to reduce harmful impurity in exhaust gases.

The system is regulated by DDE monitor at increased amount of injected fuel, on a signal from the sensor of a pedal of gas, the sensor of number of turns, the sensor of atmospheric pressure and the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid. The monitor by means of the vacuum regulating valve operated by the EGR valve correctly doses out fulfilled gas. The EGR valve is on an inlet collector. At the lowered temperature of cooling liquid or if load of the engine is high, the fulfilled gases do not come back. The system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases does not demand frequent service.
