The inlet collector should be dismantled, for example, at works with injection system.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a guard of the engine and a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer.
2. Remove an inlet collector from a head of cylinders.
3. For this purpose remove a thermometer cable for forced air, a vacuum hose from the return valve and the lower part of an inlet collector.
4. Unscrew an inlet collector from a head of cylinders and the holder and remove consolidations.
5. Consolidation for the return valve do not unscrew.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw an inlet collector on a head of cylinders with effort of 25 N of m, replace all consolidations.
2. Screw a support of the case of the oil filter and the returnable pipeline with effort of 25 N of m.
3. Establish a guard of the engine and a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer.
