5.2.2. Air filter and air inlet channels

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and disconnect electric sockets from a measuring instrument of a stream of air and the sensor (it is specified by an arrow) temperatures of arriving air.
2. Disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from the inlet channel, weaken collars and remove the air channel together with a measuring instrument of a stream of air.
3. Uncover the air filter and take filtering element, noting its arrangement. Unscrew nuts and remove the case of the air filter.
4. On engines of a turbo of low pressure to remove tubes of supply of the air, connecting a turbonagnetatel and an inlet collector, unscrew screws and remove a plastic casing from the top part of the engine.
5. Weaken a collar of fastening of a pipe of supply of air to a collector.
6. Unscrew bolts (supply of air fixing a pipe to a head cover is specified by shooters), then disconnect a pipe of supply of air from a turbonagnetatel.
7. Remove a pipe of supply of air.
8. Remove a sealing ring (it is specified by an arrow) which is established between a pipe and a turbonagnetatel.
9. On engines of a turbo of a high pressure the pipes connecting the heat exchanger and a collector and pipes of a turbonagnetatel, can be to remove after weakening of collars. For removal of a metal pipe weaken a clip and remove a pipe from a turbonagnetatel.
10. Remove a sealing ring which is established between a pipe and a turbonagnetatel.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in sequence, to removal, thus it is necessary to replace with return a sealing ring on a turbonagnetatel.
