9.1.4. Gear shifting lever

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Remove lock rings and remove a protective cover of the mechanism of switching.
3. Remove a lock ring (it is specified by an arrow) and get a pin, a fixing switching rod to the basis of the lever of gear shifting.
4. Unscrew four bolts, fixing the gear shifting lever to a floor.
5. Remove a cover of the lever of switching.
6. Disconnect a rubber cover of the lever from a basic plate and remove the block of the lever of gear shifting.
7. Examine the lever on existence of the damaged details.
Switching rod
8. Braid a nut and remove a bolt (it is specified by an arrow), fixing a forward part of a switching rod to a transmission. Remove a rod.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease a rotary sphere of the lever and the plug with universal greasing.
2. Establish the lever block in the car, insert and tighten fixing bolts.
3. Connect switching rod to the basis of the lever of switching, insert a pin and fix it a lock ring.
4. Establish lever covers.

5. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
