FUEL INJECTORS

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
SOHC engine
1. Let out pressure from a power supply system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove a fuel collector.
3. Remove a fixing clip and remove the corresponding injector.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
DOHC engine
5. Let out pressure from a power supply system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
6. Turn off a nut (And) and a bolt (B) of connection of a tube of supply of fuel.
7. Turn off a nut of connection of a tube of the return pipeline and disconnect fuel tubes from a fuel collector.
8. Remove a fuel collector and injectors.
9. Remove a fixing clip and remove the corresponding injector. Remove a sealing ring.
10. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Let out pressure from a power supply system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose (1) and a fixing collar (2) regulators of pressure of fuel.
3. Weaken a fixing collar and remove a regulator.
4. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

VALVE OF ADJUSTMENT OF SPEED OF IDLING

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an airintaking branch pipe.
2. Disconnect the connection socket, turn off fixing screws and remove the valve.
3. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

BUTTERFLY VALVE POTENTIOMETER

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection (1). Turn off fixing screws (2) and remove a potentiometer.
2. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the connection socket.
2. Release fixing collars and remove an airintaking branch pipe.
3. Remove the sensor.
4. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

SENSOR OF THE STREAM OF AIR

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor. Remove an airintaking branch pipe.
2. Weaken a fixing collar and remove the sensor.
3. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
SOHC engine
1. Remove a forward cover of a gas-distributing belt.
2. On models with the conditioner remove the left fastening of an engine / transmission and a fixing arm from the block of cylinders.
3. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
4. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
DOHC engine
6. The sensor is located on the left side of the block of cylinders, under the pump of system of the hydraulic booster of a steering. For sensor removal (it is specified by an arrow) disconnect the connection socket. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.
7. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

SENSOR OF DETONATION COMBUSTION OF FUEL

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
SOHC engine
1. The sensor is located on the right side of the block of cylinders. Disconnect the connection socket, turn off a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.
2. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
DOHC engine
3. The sensor is located on the right side of the block of cylinders. Remove a starter if it is necessary for access improvement.
4. Disconnect the connection socket, turn off a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.
5. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

THE SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE CAMSHAFT – THE DOHC ENGINE

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a casing of spark plugs.
2. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
3. Remove a forward cover of a gas-distributing belt.
4. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.
5. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator and uncover the relay block in an impellent compartment.
2. Get the electronic control unit from a nest and disconnect the connection socket.
3. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

RELAY OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover the relay block in an impellent compartment. The relay of the fuel pump (1) and the relay of system of injection of fuel (2) are located in the relay block in an impellent compartment.
2. Replace the corresponding relay.

THE SWITCH IN CENTRAL AIR

Removal and installation

For replacement of the switch it is necessary to address to experts.
